Not a hotel for a family
The hotel was thunderously loud and booming bass came from the lobby every night. The people in the room next to us yelled, cussed, screamed, and made loud sex noises the last two nights we were there. We won't be coming back to the Canopy.

ROOM SPACIOUS, CLEAN, BUT A BIT DARK. IN ANY EVENT VERY SATISFIED WITH THE ROOM. FOR BREAKFAST ON FRIDY MORNING, I FELT THAT I HAD TO WAIT MORE THAN 10 MINUTES UNTIL THE WAITPERSON SHOWED UP. ONCE THERE, SHE WAS GREAT, BUT WHERE WAS SHE WHEN I SAT DOWN? i WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THE DINING ROOM AND THERE WAS A L OT OF STAFF BEHIND THE COUNTER. Not a bad thing, but you can take the wrong elevator (East or West) and learn the hard way that you will be thinking you can walk to the other side and have to drop down to the 1st floor. It was funny because another guest just advised me to make sure, I was laughing.

A great long weekend to see the Vikings game. Canopy Hotel was GREAT and exceeded our expectations. Convenient to everything you need and one block to U.S. Bank Stadium. Blue Line one block away for easy transport to and from airport.

Awesome environment , awesome service. Only complaint from us was the thin walls. Not that anyone bothered us but you literally hear people sneezing .

Hotel is not a 4 star. They need to reevaluate what’s required. No valet, parking not identifiable, no carts to assist with luggage from a downtown parking garage to hotel. No room service. Onsite restaurant has limited options with limited hours. The services and ammenoties are sub par for their star rating.
