I took my husband here for his birthday. Overall, the trip and stay was wonderful. However, we checked in on August 9th, and on August 11th my Adidas Yeezy slides were taken by housekeeping. It was noticed and reported the same day. Management asked to search our room to ensure the slides weren’t misplaced. After searching our room and not finding my slides, they said they would follow up and they never did.

This is a beautiful, modern property with large guest rooms, good cocktails, lots of pool chairs, and fun entertainment. The one thing they need to improve is the food. The temperature of every meal was tepid to cold instead of hot, particularly on the breakfast buffet, and most of the meals were inedible. Our best meals were jerk chicken at the pool hut and grilled salmon in the Italian restaurant. Everything else was subpar for such a luxury resort. Once they fix the food, they’ll get 5 stars!

Upon arrival we were greeted with such kindness. Everyone was so helpful. We booked the Jr. suite with plunge pool. One word, AMAZING! The spa was just what the doctor ordered. Beautiful private beach and plenty on cabanas for everyone. One of the most relaxing trip I've been on in a while. Loved it and definitely planning a return visit.

The resort was amazing at first for the first few days. Room was beautiful, view amazing. Stay seemed great in the beginning. Towards the end I noticed (mostly the women staff) being very rude and making comments under their breaths to each other. I took it as being judgmental (hating) bc I look different than they do, may dress differently. I came to the resort to get away and grieve in peace alone after loosing my mother. NOT TO BE JUDGED AND TALKED ABOUT. My stay should have been peaceful. I spent over 3000$ all together at the resort and got amazingly beautiful photos taken and loved the spa! Besides the women’s attitudes at the front reception and especially excursion desk. At check out they blew me off like I was the least of their concern after I spent thousands and waited in the heat for my taxi after requesting it at least an hour prior and was running late to catch my flight with four children anticipating my return. I will be returning to Jamaica but not this resort. Be sweet to people because you never know what they might be going through.

The staff and food choices was excellent. We did have a small leak in room because of the ac. They came and fits it right away. No other issue. The staff did make a couple of followup phone calls to make sure we had no other issues. I would go back.
