I like the daily activities and the entertainment each night. The property was well maintained the pool area was phenomenal. The food was Okay but need more improvement in choices and quality. My room had mold in the bathroom over the toilet and there was an issue with the lights turning on the entire stay. My pick up to the airport was 40mins late there was no communication in between. I understand it was booked through a third party on the property but still it was an inconvenience. Overall I will give my score as a 7/10.

Some pretty areas onsite. I appreciated the amazing customer service by Dwight who manages accommodations I believe . However he needs to do an in service on that for some of the other employees I encountered that seemed short tempered etc. I had to switch rooms due to air flow quality issues & fan not working properly. There are vents in your bathrooms but AC doesn’t work in there . There is only one vent blowing out AC for entire space. Phones stopped being answered throughout the weekend which is a safety concern. However I was told by someone at the front desk it was because the internet wasn’t working….The entire place should close for renovations to be done all at once, particularly if smells of sewage permeates the premises at times. I’m disappointed that Expedia rated this one so highly. That was false advertisement. This resort is a 3 star at best. The spa & wellness center are amazing & the gym is nice. Kudos to Shakira, an experienced massage therapist, she was amazing. The bands & Djs onsite there were unbelievable as well. The food buffet as well as the steakhouse were good but several of the other restaurants were terrible ie Sports Bar. This would be an excellent time for the owner to be featured on undercover boss so that he/she could engage in a more hands on experience with the property to acquire a deeper understanding of how select customers feel. Nevertheless Jamaica itself is beautiful just manage your expectations should you choose this location….

Not once did I regret booking at the grand palladium! Loved everything! Maybe except the WiFi not being as strong , as I walked thru the resort, however I had unlimited data, so that was not an issue for me! Plus it allowed me to live in the moment, and boy, did I enjoy every sec! The staff were friendly , helpful, and professional!the rooms were clean, and the food was great! Overall it was a pleasant experience, and I can’t wait to go back!!

This was our first time visiting Jamaica, we chose this resort as my friends chose it. My first time staying at an all inclusive resort and it's just absolutely amazing which made our whole trip unforgettable. Staff are very friendly and nice, I put my child at the kids club several times and those staff at the kids club are also amazing, they looked after my child, assisted my child to make cookies and assisted my child to perform a show on the stage. There are many restaurant choices within the resort which is also wonderful. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to stay at the grand palladium Jamaica resort & spa. And I will definitely go back in the future!
