The villa was not ready to receive guest.

I booked this villa because is was advertised as a bed & breakfast accommodation. Having book and paid in full, I received an email to say that the breakfast was only for guest leaving early. I spoke to a Gentleman who contacted me to let us know that the apartment that I had booked was already booked. so we were upgraded to a three bedrooms villa instead. Arrived at the airport our transport would only take us to part of the journey as the villa was off direct route to our destination. Staff from the villa came and collected us from another hotel. Beds in the villa were unmade, no gas in the cooker and no help from housekeeper. We left the villa the next morning and checked into another apartment paying another £600.00 for the rest of our stay, and a cost of £60.00 to transfer us there.

Such Luxury

This holiday rental is the best Ive stayed at in terms of value, decor, and service. I was in contact with the owner from booking to checking in. And the manager Nigel was so helpful and pleasant, professional yet attentive. I wish I was staying longer , to enjoy the calm, beautiful lush scenery and the swimming pool. I will definitely be staying at Pimento Villas (at Almond Tree) on my next Jamaican holiday.
