For Downtown Vancouver, the property is well-priced. However there is no room service and the adjacent restaurant accessible from the lobby doesn’t open until 11or so, and the deafening level of music they play made us take our food to go. Terrible ambiance. Luckily, the rooms are equipped with a kitchenette, so you could make your own breakfast. The best part of the stay was the friendly, helpful staff. There is no sundries shop and no ATM on the premises.

Great location, very central. Stayed there a few years ago and nothing had changed, looking very tired, needs a face lift, coat of paint. Rooms are good, space very limited at the kitchenette, lounge lighting very dim. Great having OJ's on the premises.

The staff were friendly, and the room was huge, comfortable, and clean. However, it's an older property and could use a renovation. The bathroom was especially dated, and the shower head could use a replacement. Other than that, the hotel was in a great location.

Rosedale on Robson St
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rosedale on Robson hotel during my visit to Vancouver, and I couldn't be more satisfied! My suite was absolutely lovely—spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. A special shoutout to Kyle at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. He was not only friendly but also incredibly helpful and accommodating, making the check-in process a breeze. Honestly, I have no complaints whatsoever. This hotel has truly set the standard for my future stays. I visit Vancouver every month, and I will definitely be returning to this gem! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

This was a great place to stay, everything is close by good & places to done. Although, I arrived pretty early they allowed me to check in before 4pm which I truly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again when I visit. The staffs were very helpful when I needed something as well. Highly recommend.
