My stay was good, location is convenient however the parking situation could be improved and the properly felt a bit dated inside but the cleaning staff was great and friendly.

Went to check in early made us wait until advertised check in time. We understood and were willing to wait then others came in and were given rooms prior to advertised time. Blanket line to everyone was “we will call/text you when a room becomes available.” They never apologized and never looked at it from the customers perspective

The location is perfect, right in the middle of the village. Staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. However, the sofa bed and mattress are extremely uncomfortable. We all woke up with back pain the next morning. Overall a good experience.

Excellent stay! Very nice staff and very convenient to stay in the village. Close to shopping and dining options. The hotel was very nice and definitely worth the price! I would stay here again. Also parking was convenient and comparable to other hotel parking prices.

The staff doesn't make sense with their information when asked about check in and check out. I understand it's not guaranteed but you could be firm about what you're saying fee wise. Westin has better service, many guests were upset during their trip with check in.

I like the property and the location, only one thing to point out there are 4 - 5 steps to access to our room after exit from the elevator so it is not convenient for elderlies or carrying heavy baggages and stroller.

The Crystal Lodge is located right in the heart of the Whistler Village. The view from our window was the main street of this alpine village full of activity and beauty. Pet friendly.

Great stay in the heart of Whistler. The only thing is that it’s quite noisy in the hallways and from other rooms as they were playing music until 2 or 3 AM. Otherwise was a great stay, super clean and a great area.

This is the second time here and it was a bit disappointing, the room although super clean and nice had a bit of a humidity smell, was very noisy at night from the restaurant and pool people, as well as the pool entrance door and slams each time and early in the morning from delivery trucks and the service room and staff beside our room so we woke up 6-7 am ! The jacuzzi was not working :( which was an important part of our trip
