The location was amazing! The staff is very welcoming and accommodating to one’s needs. It was my first time in Vancouver and they made it special with their complimentary breakfast and activities list of places to visit and experience. Would recommend to anyone visiting Vancouver!

The parking was a bit confusing, but the staff at the front desk were very helpful and patient with my questions. Overall, a nice stay. Only a brief walk to the convention center, and lots of dining options, even for people with dietary restrictions.

Older style but good value

Great location. Basic breakfast included. Older style hotel that could do with refurbishment but still clean and practical. I’d suggest you request a room that is not street facing as the traffic noise is annoying. Good value for money otherwise.

tiny rooms and dirty

trashy little hotel with poor customer service and tiny rooms. lots of road noise and there was a gap under our door so hallway noise was pretty loud too. shower is incredibly small and you have to move the tv out of the way in order to close the bathroom door. oh also the elevator was out of service our entire stay.
