The hotel has very large rooms. it is very pleasant staying there. The staff were very good except for one one man on reception was totally unhelpful and did not fix any problems that we spoke to him about.

I thought this was a cool property to stay at. The cafe downstairs was nice and the property itself is clean. There were a lot of homeless people/ tents set up around the parameter of the hotel. My only complaint about the hotel itself was that in preparation for our trip they had sent us an email about how they could help us experience a better stay and you could select options like the type of bed you wanted and if you wanted champagne sent to the room. We had put that we wanted champagne and then they never sent it. We called the front desk and then referred us to customer service who wasn’t there. Other than that the beds were comfy enough and it was clean

This was my second stay in this hotel, and I am coming back in the future. Very nice, modern, helpful Staff, and close to everything. Nice and safe area. Walkable to everywhere

Very easy walk to Davie Ave area, and centrally located. Clean facilities, great staff. Some of the elevator buttons didn't light up, so was unsure whether they worked or not, but they did. Construction on the main road outside the front door made it a bit more challenging for the Uber drivers.

I arrived at 10:00am at the hotel, way too early to check-in, however, the staff and manager allowed me to register and gave me a room immediately, and although I was not a VIP, they made me feel like a VIP with that move. The hotel facilities were great, restaurant, bar and food all excellent, area and access to all the shopping and restaurants/bars around etc., all at an easy walk 5-10 minutes away. I will come back and stay here again and recommend it without hesitation. Great Hotel.

I pulled up to the front door under the port Cochere in my BMW in a heavy rain and the Bellman hustles out and tells me I can’t park undercover to check in. Mafe me move into the rain and come check in. Lol. The rest of my day is fine and the parking was only $22 and tell that they seem very busy which I like. Excellent view from my room BTW on the 30th.

We use this hotel for appointments at the hospital next door. Some rooms are excellent, others are shabby. Seems to be the luck of the draw on which you get. Staff are usually helpful. Restaurant is expensive but there is a grocery IGA a few blocks down where you can buy prepared meals.
