Very clean with an excellent breakfast buffet each morning. The staff were wonderful. The only negative was that they were working on the Underground Parking Garage, and it was very challenging getting in and out of the garage. But the garage did feel very secure and safe.

Cynthia, at arrival, was great. Overall, property and room was clean. Did find some Marijuana with lighter on the windowsill, presumably from last occupant. We do not do those things so we threw it out. It is supposed to be a nonsmoking room. Hmmm.... The included breakfast had some good selections and good coffee.

This hotel was perfectly located to all the areas of Vancouver that I wanted to go. The room was spacious clean with a nice kitchenette. the staff was very welcoming and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this Residence Inn the next time that I go to Vancouver, BC!

This hotel is awesome. Great location. We got around on foot, by train and uber woth no issue. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast had lots of options and it wasn't the same every day. Definitely book here.

Some of the staff was really lovely the lady that booked us in was great, others not as helpful! The room was great view was ok even though there was a building site right in front! I could hear the lift going up and down all night but not to loud. Around the hotel there was a lot of homeless that did make me feel uncomfortable
