Took almost an hour to check in. Staff did not service the room after our first night. Had to call the front desk for towels once I got the phone to work. Old hotel, really small rooms. Parking was good and it is close to the stadium. I stay in a lot of hotels. 20-25 a year all over the world. I would not recommend.

Very disappointed in room size and quality. Elevator didn’t work so had to walk down 5 floors several times as staff told us we were using the key card wrong. Which we weren’t instead of having someone fix it. No hot water or even warm water in the morning so couldn’t shower and heater was so loud kept waking us up. On the plus side was a good location for what we were doing in Vancouver but highly disappointed I used a reward night on such a lousy room.

Great hotel close to Rogers Arena! While a bit pricey and not the most modern, the location is unbeatable. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and convenient for events. Would stay again for the proximity!
