We stayed here primarily for the hot tub and pool experience before heading to the theatre. Hot tub was closed at no notice - we were informed it would be open the next morning, it was not. No discount offered, no real apology. Poor.

It was very close to where we wanted to go. My only issue is that check in should be earlier. Especially when you are there for an event. I had to take all my belongings to my event. They did not offer to hold onto anything until I could check in at the end of the event

They said they upgraded us but end up putting us next to the elevator, it was so loud all night and all day. Room was like a shoe box. And being a guest at the hotel in a rainy city you think they would lend you an umbrella but no you gotta pay.
