My husband and I had an amazing 5 night stay at the S! There’s a reason this hotel is number 1 on trip advisor. The food, the drink selection and most of all the service was absolutely incredible! I’m not sure why there’s bad reviews about activities, they had stuff planned every single day and a live band every night. The staff has some of the nicest genuine people. Special shout out to our favorite bartenders Denroy and Patrick, thank you for the conversations and excellent drinks! We can’t wait to come back!

I would say this was an amazing introduction to Jamaica! I loved the cuisine (on and off the property), entertainment was excellent! Staff undoubtedly catered to guests needs relentlessly. They also maintained the grounds and property amazingly, there was always someone tidying up, but mindfully not disturbing any guest. We even got turn down service on the day we checked out! I’d like to especially thank Andre and the director of entertainment because they helped me arrange a birthday surprise for my husband which is now an unforgettable moment for us lol! Being able to walk to shops and the club was also a bonus, we only needed taxis when we went on excursions. A beautiful, intimate resort with so much to offer, I can’t wait to go back!

This was my first time going to Jamaica and I'm so glad we stayed here. I came with my best friend from NY for my birthday. We were both so happy she found this place. The staff was soo nice as soon as we stepped onto the property. We were greeted with a rum punch and guided to the front desk to check our status of arrival. He let us know that there was a beach view upgrade I qualified for due to my platinum status and ready to check in at 1 pm. It was the absolute best invitation we have gotten. From there it only got better. The views, beach and food was all wonderful. This place is a gem in Montego Bay. It's truly a magical place. Despite the first few days of cloudy weather due to the nearby hurricane, still got enough sunshine that was well needed. We also got to meet a lot of nice people and made good friends. This place helped my friend and I create some amazing memories. I would def come back!!

The beach area and ocean are beautiful. The resort is very small compared to Sandals, Secrets and Excellence. Most of the staff is very friendly. Restaurant reservations are difficult. We could only get one reservation for our 3 nights stay. There are 4 restaurants but only 2 are open each night. Night life is very limited. Only 1 bar open at night and the bartender there was miserable. For two days, the entire resort was out of Jamaican Rum Cream which is the main ingredient in most of the drinks that we like. We reported the air conditioning not working properly but it was never repaired. Room temp would not go below 73 when the thermostat was set at 68. This is a nice place but definitely not 5 star. The beach area is awesome, but dinner reservations and night life are not good so we won’t be coming back

The S Hotel resort is amazing. From the friendly staff, the service, the food, cleanliness. The resort is boutique, so it’s just the right size for relaxing. The beach was very clean & tranquil. Not overcrowded at all. I highly recommend this resort & will return in the future. 5 stars
