My review is honest and true to the fact, as a professional who was looking for a nice place to stay I never thought this place would turn out to be my worst nightmare. The person at the front desk have no experience in dealing with guests, it took four and a half hours for me to eventually get hold of the person who responsible to give me a code to unlock my room. No one was there to showed you how things operate in the suite, not even the WiFi . I was told to go checked under the cable box, the hurricane came not even a candle or emergency lamp was anywhere, no one came by to check on us knowing there was no electricity of Wi-Fi available, everything you need to know you had to call the property manager to find out and how can you do that if you can’t use your phone, the times I do get to talk to him I honestly can say he was very polite and pleasant but running a busyness the way they do, no one would ever want to rent from them a second time or even recommend to others to them, I felt as if I was a beggar, the experience was not a pleasant one at all. I would never recommend my college or anyone to stay in that place. I strongly recommend they took a course in how to operate a business and treat their guests, I have many colleagues who will be visiting the Island in a couple of weeks and ask for my opinion and recommendations and I will be directing them elsewhere.
