An epic fail.
They had lost my booking even though I had paid so we’re only able to put me up for 2 of the 4 nights. The air con in my room was broken but admittedly they managed to get it fixed after a few hours. The WiFi was down the whole time I was there. And there were two clashing sound systems on the go on full blast between 9am and 12am with zero sound proofing in the room. I had to sleep with my ear phones in on maximum to drown the noise out. When I got my refund they were unable to put it back on my card so I had to take cash and talk the receptionist through the calculation as he got it wrong twice. Lots of staff trying hard but overall an epic fail and very stressful.

I pretty much got overcharged $65 a night for a place that actually cost $25 a night. Bed had hairs on it and it was dirty, room was smelly, bathroom not too clean yuck...My advise is that if you go to Monterrico and you want some level of comfort, cleaningnes, good restaurant...go to Cayman Suites or Los Cabos, these places are more expensive but it is worth it. I ended up spending $90 for a night at Cayman Suites wich it was only $30 more expensive and it was a huge difference and the food it's amazing and service?...the best at Cayman's.

This little beach hotel is amazing. We stayed in one of the private rooms and it was clean with A/C and all you need to enjoy your stay. This place is right on the beach, the kitchen and all the food on their menu is amazing. All the staff is so, so kind and accommodating!

lugar pequeño, sin parqueo, fui con el canje de una una noche y me indicaba el administrador que no les aparecia pago, que posiblemente tenia qie pagar, al final se resolvió mostrando yo el cobro se impuestos y el canje se la noche que realice Costo muy alto para lo que ofrecen.

Private room is perfect
Nous sommes restés dans une chambre privée. La chambre était propre, l'air conditionné fonctionnait bien. La salle de bain était aussi propre, mais attention il n'y a pas d'eau chaude ici. Le lieu est idéal, directement sur la plage avec une piscine sur le toit. La cuisine est vraiment bonne et abordable. Il fat juste être au courant que l'hôtel est aussi un bar et qu'il y a de la musique toute la journée. Elle ne nous a pas dérangée.

Todo el personal es muy amable y en la cocina hacen magia con los platillo, no solo el sabor sino la presentación. La piscina privada en el 2do nivel tiene una vista espectacular al mar, el lugar es muy cómodo, las habitaciones tienen todo lo que se puede pedir y las almohadas son fabulosas!

Excelente lugar y comida muy buena atención.
Muy bonito hotel, la comida es muy muy buena, muy rica, precios de comida justos. La atención del personal muy buena. En mi caso creo que quizá el hotel no es tan familiar por la música y fiesta hasta tipo 11pm.
