Won’t stay again. Told reception I was Expedia Gold, checked me into a room that smelled like wet dog. I had to show the VIP list of amenities to the receptionists….got the bottle of wine as it wasn’t offered. I was love to a room on the top floor and this had an in room safe that wasn’t attached to a hard surface. I could put it under my arm and walk out with it. Shower pressure was very poor and basin faucet came out too fast….drenched the front of me on a few occasions. 3cm of dust in the vent above the toilet. Previous guests’ rubbish was found under the bed. Thick dust in the base boards. Best part of the stay was the delicious cooked breakfast and the best coffee. Much nicer places to stay than in Melbourne. Give this “boutique” hotel a miss.

Location was great, very central to everything. Staff were amazing very helpful. Great price for what we got. Could have put two chairs in the room. It is a double room, but only had one chair to sit on, no other place to sit apart from the bed. Plenty of room for another chair in the room.

The property was perfect for 2 friends travelling to see a Theatre Show. Free tram right out the front, Queen Vic Markets right next door for excellent coffee and breakfast options as well as market shopping. Very good value for money.
