Will not return, not worth the savings
The bathroom resembled an RV bathroom, and had an offensive smell. While this is a cheap hotel and I was not expecting much, the plastic bathroom insert had obviously trapped smells over the years and could not be cleaned enough to rid the room of the smell. No fan, no windows made the smell intolerable.

Strange rooms with tiny window and strange bad.
Spent a lot of time choosing room with no tobacco smell. Only 4th room was good in that regard. 1st and second with medium levels of tobacco smell, also second room had broken locker so door cannot be closed by regular manner. 3 rd room with very strong tobacco smell. Finally they found right one. Rooms looks more like garage with tiny window. Very strange bad with overhead on top so you can heat your head easily. I though all hotels if this chain the same good quality (just came from another good one ftom this chain), but this one I would not recommended.

Okay for an overnight stop
Tiny room, even smaller bathroom, but that is what you get for such a low price. You will not want to spend any time in the room other than sleeping, but the bed is comfortable enough and sleep came easily.

When entering the room we were met with a dreadful stench of feline urine. On advising reception we were offered a second room, which was clean and smelt ok, however this room was next to the outside staircase and somewhat noisy. Otherwise the hotel was as normal for this class.

chambre médiocre et sale avec cafard !
Draps mis à l'envers protège matelas sale plein de cheveux et poils....moisissure dans la salle de bain, pas de balai brosse pour les toilettes, rideau de douche inadapté et du coup inutile, un cafard est sorti de dessous le lit !

Séjour sympa et reposant
Ce séjour en Famille dans votre hôtel a été très reposant. Je suis natif de Balaruc les Bains et je suis venu passé le WE de Noel dans ma famille, malheureusement suite un accident vasculaire les escaliers d'accès aux chambres de ma maison familiale m'ont obligé à choisir votre hôtel pour passer les nuits. Je ne regrette pas mon choix. A très bientôt Bernard SERRES

Les chambres ne sont pas entretenues, présentant un manque de propreté flagrant avec des poils de chat et des odeurs désagréables. Même après avoir changé de chambre pour réduire les odeurs, la propreté laisse à désirer. Des plaintes similaires d'autres clients ont été signalées. Cela est regrettable de proposer des chambres dans un tel état. Le niveau de propreté est inacceptable, ce qui pourrait dissuader toute recommandation. De plus, le déjeuner était moyennement satisfaisant.

Pour une première fois notre entreprise était fortement déçu. Nous nos attendions à autre chose pour un hôtel soi disant de première classe!! Une salle de bains digne de un dés à coudre sans papier toilette ni serviette. On avait réservé mais le dysfonctionnement a voulu que nous repartons une chambre de hôtel. Enfin bref tout est a revoir
