My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Comfort Suites. It's an older hotel with some renovation. You can tell it wasn't a smoke-free building back in the day in the lobby, but the rooms are definitely aired out. We had a balcony and a decent view. Its near a lot of restaurants in walking distance. The malls are also within walking distance. Walking distance to shops down St. Catherine Street as well. The breakfast was okay. It includes eggs, sausages, bagel, toast, yogurt, cereal, muffins, juice, tea and coffee. Not the new looking hotel, but very convenient and affordable.

The room was a good size and 'did the job' but had faults, which were poinyed out to the staff in the form of a written list..there were no apologies just 'ill pass it on to the manager'! The breakfast room was extremely basic (we have had many free breakfasts at comfort inns and know its basic but the rooms been ok) and not clean...was disappojnting.

Hotel was in agreat location, close to shops, restaurants and pubs and a short walk to Bell Centre. Porperty was a little dated and could use some up grades. Room was clean and beds were confortable. The balcony looked over an alleyway with little to no noise during our stay. It's not the Hilton but for the price and location it's a place for a nights sleep. Lobby and breakfast area is very small.

It met the standards of any hotel in its price range. It wa what we expected. The faucet lever in the bathroom is loose making it hard to control temperature. The bathtub should have some on the bottom to make it slip-proof. The breakfast room was as expected for the price. We would stay there again.

The hotel and the staff were great. We arrived 2 hours early, hoping to just check in our bags since we weren’t able to check into our hotel room yet but they already had a room ready and allowed us early check in with no extra costs. We had a room with a pull out couch but no extra sheets, despite the booking being for 3 people and there was a lot of construction outside, but other than that we had a great stay!

Good location, property has an old building smell maybe from the carpet. breakfast also good (options llike eggs, sausages, yogurt, fruit, fresh waffles, and coffee). Room was clean, and they gave toiletries like soap and shampoo. The wall paper was peeling everywhere on the walls.

Kinda sketchy
Not pretty, not really clean on walls or floor. But beds were clean and comfy and the air conditioning worked. Other than that, I wouldn’t stay here again. Parking is $40 and not a real valet service.,wall paper peeling and previous guests hair accessories still on floor, so floor prob not vacuumed or cleaned.

The hotel itself needs more TLC. There some renovations but in my view it needs more. Having said that the beds were extremely comfortable, clean, with good pillows. If you want to be downtown where everything can be found, this is the place to stay. Staff was excellent !
