Breakfast included! A pretty good breakfast with eggs, has brown's, sausages, cereals and lots of bread products. The area is great, right by the christmas market desjardines centre, and a 10ish minute walk to old Montréal. Downsides is its not the cleanest. We found a dab pen under one of the cushions and some hair on the bathroom floor. Nothing huge, just not the cleanest.

Wonderful location - walking distance to Old Montreal, the village, shopping, Christmas market. The room was so big - kiitchenette, large bedroom, a second room with couch & TV. A full breakfast was included every day. We will absolutely stay here again!

I enjoyed the breakfast this hotel provided. I didn’t like the fact you needed to turn the hot water on for you to even receive hot water. It also took over an hour for the water to even get to warm. The room was okay and I liked the fact there was a kitchen area.

Convenient to Quartier de Spectales and Christmas Market. Outdated amenities but clean. Wear and tear on caulking around tub, stained carpets, only one working elevator. We found a dried contact on the nightstand so obviously dusting is not a priority.

Spacious room. Pretty clean, not perfect. Well located. Included breakfast was great (eggs, sausages, etc.).The staff is friendly. Extra safety measures to insure no intruders in hotel (not in a dangerous neighborhood per say but downtown areas are what they are). Sofa beds are not comfortable at all. No drapes/pillows/blanket in room when we arrived. Staff quickly brought everything when asked but they should definitely change these cheap blankets… Ok stay. Ok price.

We stayed for a night, the property is busy and a little dated. The room was tidy but not clean. The lights in the bathroom were flickering, there was a drip in the toilet. The rooms a re darkly lit. Parking is available for 32 cad/day. It had a kitchenette area but no amenities besides a sink, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. For the price, it was ok. Definitely need a through cleaning.

Great stay
From check in to check out everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Walking distance to alot of stuff. Great breakfast it was buffet style. Will be staying again when visiting Montreal. Price was great for location
