While the rooms exactly match the pictures - freshly renovated and very clean- the rest of the hotel seems to be stuck in time. It reminds me of the old Crystal Palace in Moncton, New Brunswick. If the public areas (pool, old carpet in all hallways) were renovated, it would be a great choice for families. After two weeks, the security deposit has still not been refunded and the hotel said to call my card instead.

I found it odd to stand at the front desk, waiting to ask a question, and staff, not serving other guests, completely ignore me. Twice. Wow. Is that poor training? A lack of customer service mentality? Because from where I stood, it just looked rude.

Very average. Swimming pool is fine. However if you wanna play pool you have to pay for 5balls instead of full. Rest of table are very used and not free... Ac is very noisy and bathroom very small with towel outside in a very limited qty. Not enough for whole family. View on the pool is in deed view in the corrdidor so you have to close it. Very disppointed. Radission must do bettrw

Was a nice hotel cleanliness wise. But paid over 200 for the night for just 2 people, then was told the "continental breakfast" was extra. Would have been cheaper to go out for breakfast. Where most others would be included. Few other reasons, id choose to stay elsewhere

The worst hotel i hv ever stayed Building is very old . The terrible things i found that they didn’t change the bed sheet. They just flipped it inside out. And i found a lot of stain on the bed sheet. I took pictures of it. This is really a nightmare for my whole family. And never come back with this hotel again.

I booked a room 11 months in advanced and they just cancelled my reservation 2 weeks before my trip. When I contacted them they just said the room was under renovation. Thanks god Expedia’s customer service worked hard to secure a new booking for me at no extra cost. Not recommended at all.
