I recently stayed at Hotel Monville during my business trip and wanted to share my feedback. Overall, my experience was positive, and I appreciated many aspects of your hotel.
Highlights of My Stay:
- The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping team is doing a phenomenal job maintaining the property and rooms to a top-tier standard.
- The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient.
- The bellman was attentive and provided excellent service.
- The hotel’s modern and aesthetically pleasing design added to the overall experience.
- The restaurant served great food, and the servers were friendly and accommodating.
Areas for Improvement:
- Front Desk Service: I recommend that the front desk team work on being more observant and engaging with guests. Simple actions such as friendly greetings, asking if assistance is needed, enthusiastically answering questions, maintaining eye contact, and being generally more approachable would elevate the guest experience.
- Water Pressure: The water pressure in the bathroom was notably weak, making it feel as though I was showering in a sink. Addressing this would greatly improve the comfort of the stay.
= Restaurant Entrance Assistance: While the restaurant service was excellent, it would be helpful to have someone stationed at the entrance to assist guests with seating upon arrival.
Despite these minor concerns, I had a lovely stay and would happily return to Hotel Monville for future trip
