I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the exceptionally helpful hotel staff, Nayeli, and her supervisor, Isabelle. They went above and beyond to address our concerns about a room with an unpleasant construction view and noise. Isabelle personally gave us a tour of upgraded rooms and allowed us to choose one that best suited our needs, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly outstanding. Thank you, Nayeli and Isabelle, for turning a challenging situation into a wonderful experience!We had heating problem on arrival late night on 12/22/24.I do not know technician ‘s name.I would like to appreciate him.He got us two portable heater also covered the top windows with pillows .And checked on us to make sure we were comfortable.The staff are great!

We stay here every year and will continue to do so! The rooms are so spacious and the kitchen is very convenient, especially for families with children. Perfect area for shopping. Valet parking is reasonable and super convenient.

This hotel is located right in the heart of Downtown Montreal within walking distance of the busy Rue Sainte Catherine and “La Baie d’Hudson”, a huge department store similar to Macy’s in NYC. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. But the breakfast is horrendous and it is the only reason why I can’t give this hotel a 5-star rating. I hope they improve the breakfast as it doesn’t reflect the quality of the comfort and quality of the facility.

Overall my stay here was good. The front staff and valet were very courteous. The two complaints I have concern the cleaning staff assigned to my floor- the white lady with the blonde hair and glasses was so awful, I had to tell her to leave my room and never come back - she complained-mumbled as she cleaned and caused my dog anxiety. Reported it to management but I did not hear back, for this reason I leave the review as good not excellent. Hire better hospitable housekeepers

Comfortable and enjoyable stay! Free breakfast was sufficient. Staff were very friendly and accommodating! Room was clean Bedding was super comfortable (definitely need those pillows for my bed) Kitchenette was clean and well stocked Bathroom was spacious, and the deep tub was a great plus!

Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived early and the receptionist not only allowed us to check in early, but exceeded our expectations and upgraded our room to a very spacious suite with two separate rooms and one and a half bathrooms. Spotlessly clean. There was no outside noise at all.
