Construction was ongoing from 9am-5pm which was not informed before booking. First unit was full of dust as it was just above the actual unit they were working on. I took a photo and they relocated me. As well when signing in found out I would have to pay extra for my parking at the hotel.

Great location for where we were planning to go the next day. We complained about the smoke smell in our room immediately. Nothing was done. Understandable that the Ramada was full, however there are ways to compensate. When Ramada texted us about our stay, we sent complaint. No response. If you are going to text us how we are doing, please ensure a real person is at other end.
