Great hotel, amazing staff and incredible accommodations. We traveled with family and reserved 2 rooms, bot were extremely clean and had plenty of room for several suitcases. The bathrooms were spacious and had all of the basic necessities. The outside garden and closeness to the lake, makes this hotel a top notch option. The cost is very affordable and the staff is amazing. Ara was our server both at the hotel bar and at breakfast time, and she exceeded all of our expectations, she is professional, friendly and extremely helpful with providing sightseeing recommendations. The entire staff of this hotel is incredible and very pleasant. The hotel owners are very fortunate to have such a great group of professionals woerking there. Thank you for an incredible experience.

The hotel is beautiful. The room we had was big for a European hotel. We had a balcony and the view was amazing. We took a day trip to Vevey and highly recommended. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You are walking distance to train statiin and bus stop. Our only issue was we couldnt get our wifi connected for 3 days. The hotel was having issues with their wifi. Other than that, highly recommend.

Everything about the hotel felt well-maintained and professional. It was a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Amazing the Clerk Janice was awesome and went above and beyond to help us fell welcomed and also provide details about the city and tourist attractions. She even helped us obtain metro vouchers for free! I would recommend this property to everyone!
