Welcome to “Cloud Nine”, a beautiful, spacious beachfront home located on the most gorgeous beach in all of Great Exuma. You’ll experience miles of uninterrupted white “sugar sand” beaches, and stunning views of crystal blue water and Duck Cay offshore.

Cloud Nine features a custom pool built in 2024, with unparalleled views of the sparkling blue ocean. Picture yourself relaxing with family and friends, soaking up the sun, and swimming in a brand new pool on your peaceful vacation.

Cloud Nine is designed to highlight views of the beautiful turquoise water from almost every room. It has a generous 2,600 square foot open floor plan, with an additional 600 square foot second floor balcony overlooking the water. Perfect for watching the sunrise with your morning coffee or sipping evening cocktails. The home has been tastefully yet comfortably decorated with a coastal feel. It is fully tiled, and there are ceiling fans in every room along with central air conditioning.

SNestled on a pristine stretch of white sand in the Tranquil Exuma, Cloud Nine's exquisite centerpiece is a brand new custom-designed pool. It features

The living room has oversized sofas, stunning ocean views, and French doors leading out to the balcony. There is a large smart TV in the living room. The large dining room table seats 10-12. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, full-sized fridge and oven. It has a breakfast bar with 4 barstools for additional seating. It is fully stocked with all the cooking and baking amenities you could need. There is also a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

All four bedrooms have ample storage with oversized closets and dressers. The spacious main bedroom has a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom, spectacular ocean views and tall French doors leading out onto the second floor veranda. Bedroom 2 has ocean views with a queen bed and floor to ceiling French doors leading out onto the veranda. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and private en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 has two twin beds and a side ocean view.

This place is just as pictured BEAUTIFUL. We have a wondwrful place. If i had to pick 1 thing i didnt like it had to be the water pressure for the shower. Other than that perfection 👌 in everything else.

Wonderful location
We just spent 8 nights at at this great property. It is just minutes from the airport and is located directly on the beach. The sand was back so it was nice to be able to enjoy the water just steps from the back door. There were plenty of chairs, kayaks and paddle boards to use which was a great addition. We had 8 people in the house and we never felt crowded. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Central Location and Beach!
We really enjoyed our stay! House was as expected, couches and beds were really comfortable. I especially liked hanging in the palapa, and my kids enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. Saw a review about no chairs but there were 4 chairs available, we used those and the small cooler as we traveled around the island. The house is well lived in and could use a few updates but everything worked well and there were no issues at all. It was absolutely perfect weather, and we enjoyed the beach in front of the house as well as several others including the Tropic of Cancer. Recent reviews stated that the beach had been washed out and there was a note on the fridge sharing where another path was if needed. While the sand did not come up to the bottom step of the ladder, we did not feel it washed out; there was plenty of sand to set up chairs on and nice flat rocks to step down.

Lovely place, beautiful location
Cloud Nine is a lovely property with a spectacular view of the ocean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and the property was clean upon arrival. The beach directly in front of the property is washed out, but there is a nice walking path that gets you to the beach just a couple of properties down. We didn’t get to use the kayaks due to winds during our visit, but they were present and available for calmer days. Beach chairs would have been nice for our party of 8 (only 2 were onsite), but we managed. The property is centrally located on the island and we did not hear any noise from the nearby airport. Laundry was key for such a large group, so that was a nice feature. Jane responded quickly with questions I had during our stay.

This house could have been a 5 out 5 but needs some updating and needs to have some if it's descriptions of what available to renters a little better. When we looked at it it described that they were beach chairs which if the beach was still there would be correct, but we assumed beach chairs were chairs that you could take to whatever beach you went to. Other than those issues this was a great house aha good location. Response to any question we had were very prompt from the owner which made things helpful.

Cloud Nine was a perfect house for our family of 7 (6 adults and 1 toddler). 2 of us have been to the island many of times, so we knew this location was ideal. We spent most of our days around the island, but coming home to sit on the nice beach out front was a treat. We spent the mornings on the deck watching the sun rise and the evenings watching the stars. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Thank you Jane for a nice week in paradise!

Simply Stunning!
This was our second stay with Cloud Nine and it did not disappoint. The weather was breezy and warm with only a couple of days of heavy rain. I saw the reviews of "no beach", well, the beach is back! My wife ran and walked all the way to the point every day, mostly at low tide. Of course, sitting in the Gazebo at the end of a day with appetizers and beverages is an absolute joy. All in all, we completely enjoyed our stay!

Exuma fin juin - Face à la mer :)
Une belle et vaste maison. La grande terrasse et 2 chambres sur les 4 ont une vue sur l'océan dont il est impossible de se décrocher. Tout est en très bon état, parfaitement propre et rien ne manque. La déco est celle d'une maison louée par son propriétaire. Réponses rapides et efficacex à mes quelques rares demandes: emprunt de gilet de sauvetage pour utiliser les kayaks (on ne les utilisera finalement pas à cause d'une mer un peu trop animée pour les débutants que nous sommes...) et mise en fonction du groupe electrogène qui n'a pas pris le relais lors d'une coupure (c'est arrivé plusieurs fois sur les quelques jours de notre séjour et bien sûr quand on a besoin de courant pour le linge, la cuisine ou internet). Je pense qu'il est indispensable de louer une auto pour faire les courses et profiter des autres plages plus calmes dans des baies plus abritées ou pour se rendre au point de départ d'une excursion, d'une activitée etc. Un séjour très très agréable, inoubliable et ponctué de très grosses averses orageuses, en cette fin juin, averses qui ne durent pas et laissent des routes parsemées d'énormes flaques d'eau et de gros trous. Il faut rester attentif au volant, volant qui se trouve à gauche ! On roule à gauche au Bahamas.

Beautiful Exuma Home
We really enjoyed our week at Cloud Nine. Jane was a gracious and responsive host and the home was well equipped with all we needed for a fun week. The views are magnificent and we loved spending late afternoons in the gazebo. I would agree with the prior poster, the beach has been washed away in front of the house, so the pictures of beach area are not really indicative of the area directly in front of the house, but it’s easy to walk a few houses down where the beach is more plentiful. We spent our days on the water and visiting other parts of the island, so the location for us was fantastic. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again!

Beautiful home with incredible views!
Our only negative was the check in process. The house was not unlocked for us and we couldn’t reach the property manager immediately so we waited 45 minutes after check in time. Not an ideal way to start your vacation. Most homes we have rented from that don’t have a check in desk/office had passcode entry locks and we were given the passcode two days before arrival. That would have helped in this situation. Other than that, our stay was wonderful.

Things were great in Exuma
For our second visit to Exuma we chose Cloud Nine. What a great choice! We loved our stay. House has an amazing view (you feel like you are on a ship looking out to sea) and is very comfortably appointed. We cooked a number of meals and found the house had more than all we needed to make and serve a meal. So, if this is your first time to Exuma you will learn that the electricity and water periodically go out. Well, although there is nothing to be done about the water there is a generator! You never are without electricity! That was not the case in our first rental home here. Loved the gazeebo! Sat there every day and night (the trade winds were blowing so no bugs). Owner was easy to communicate to. Would I stay here again? Well, we have booked again for next year!

Nice house on the beach- Close to airport
Great views! We really enjoyed our stay, the owner was very helpful and she has staff on the island that can help you with the house if anything goes wrong. The house had a AC issue and both the caretaker and the owner worked hard to get it fixed. The kitchen has all the cooking things we needed. Location was close to the airport and the drive to Georgetown was about 30 minutes.

Beautiful property!
Our family of 5 stayed here for a week and we had the best time! The location is perfect, secluded enough to have privacy on the beach but close enough to town. We had a minor problem with the AC during our stay but the property manager did all they could to remedy it as quickly as possible. The house was very clean and comfortable. We hope to be back!

Perfect Place to Unwind!
Cloud 9 was everything we expected and more! The beds are so comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, and the house is spacious. But, the best part is waking up each morning to the sunrise over the beautiful water and enjoying the moon over the beach at night from the decks and gazebo. We hope to return!

Amazing respite
We can’t say enough good things about this home. Jane made getting into the house easy and was generous with her advice and recommendations. The house itself is has all the glamour of a vacation spot and all the comforts of a real home. The rooms are pleasant and comfortable with great beds. The kitchen is fully equipted - which was important to us as we cook. The best part of the house though is the outside. We loved having morning coffee on the deck watching the water turn colors as the sun rose. The views were breath taking. I spent hours in the hammock in the gazebo on the beach. The house comes with several kayaks and paddle boards. And the beach is wonderful for long walks. It was hard to leave.

Our favorite property in Exuma!
My family and I stayed at Cloud 9 for 6 days in June. This property is amazing. We have visited the island before and although where we have stayed was beautiful, Cloud 9 is breathtaking from the moment you arrive. From the house, to the beach, the water and even interacting with Jane and Kirk, everything was perfect. We will be back!

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed Cloud 9. Tides decide how much beach is directly in front of the property but to either side there is ample beach. Great location, close to airport and great grocery/gas at end of road. Highly recommend massages on gazebo! House is very well equipped, great movies, sunrise amazing, wrong side of island for sunset. Great island
