Property is gorgeous. After the first day we had the property to ourselves. The pool, hot tub and view is spectacular. The house was very comfortable for 7 adults. Highlights of the trip were Chef Khristont for a private dinner Captain Chris for our full day excursion and Luther’s Taxi who was always there and on time when we needed him. Norm the property manager was very accommodating through out our stay. Great vacation highly recommend.

Very good property close to the beautiful beach property manager and owner are very friendly and communicative we are a big group of 9 adults and one child and we had beautiful time at casa Del Mar

The house was spacious and was a really great property. There were plenty of water toys and equipment that we took advantage of. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were a good size. The pool and the views were beautiful. Easy access to the beach and very walkable. The pictures on the website are a perfect representation of the property. The property manager Neal, was very personable, nice and responsive.

Looking for a beautiful 3 bedroom/ 3 bath BEACHFRONT location on Exuma? LOOK NO FURTHER and book Coconut Breeze! 3 couples had a perfect stay at this home loaded with amenities such as comfy outdoor furniture, covered porch, grassy yard with swaying palm trees, a 2nd covered porch w/ table that seated 6 persons for outdoor dining. Clean BBQ grill. Floats/inner tubes, 2 boogie boards, 6 chaise lounges for sunning -all overlooking the prettiest blue water in the world. The pics on VRBO do not do justice to this home. It is very open, airy and light filled; the A/C units in every room were very cold, plenty of hot water showers & water pressure was great! The kitchen is very well stocked and had everything we needed when we cooked meals "in". One of the best things about Coconut Breeze is its central location on the island- a 5 minute drive from the airport but you will never hear or see an airplane! A great new addition close by is "Tims on the Beach" - an open air gazebo for cocktails (Floyd served us w/the best smile). We loved eating at CocoPlum Bistro ( kudos to Rudy & Brandon). We went to the local fish fry a couple of times- so much fun hanging with the friendly and beautiful Bahamian people ("Rasta Steve" whips up the best Conch Salad in the Bahamas and is fun to chat up. Don't miss Tropic of Cancer Beach- there is now a beach grill and full bar located on this sliver of paradise ( Thanks Sandy & Jackie- grouper burger is amazing)! Katherine the housekeeper is a gem!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property! Everything about our week in this spectacular slice of paradise was perfect! Melanie and Jay were so helpful before the trip with recommendations and advice, and they were super quick to respond to any questions or communications. They also provided lots of info in a handy binder in the house itself. Ms. Lynda was a doll and gave us such a warm welcome on arrival. The house itself is very spacious, bright, and well-appointed. We had two families of 4 staying for the week and there was more than enough room for us all. It was clear that no expense has been spared in stocking this home, which makes it such an easy stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need (and more), and the BEDS were SO comfortable - we slept like babies! As if the house wasn't enough to make us swoon, the outdoor space truly took our breath away. The views from this home are unreal and mesmerized us from the moment we walked through the front door. The deck area is HUGE with tons of seating options (shaded and otherwise). We took full advantage of the kayaks and the swimming pool. The beach is pristine - we only saw one other person when we were there! And, as a bonus, we took a fishing charter and were able to cook our catches on the grill that night, which was the perfect ending to our week of relaxation in paradise! Great place for 4 couples. We stayed here for my 50th birthday. Beach is beautiful and we had it to ourselves. Property has some upkeep issues but not unexpected for beachfront island property that gets a lot of wear and tear. We never got to meet Gabby but the cleaning crew let us in as they were wrapping up when we arrived. Had a couple of issues that Gabby addressed. Overall great vacation!
