Fantastic customer care and support from the Front desk. Incredibly helpful and kind. It’s a real bonus being able to do your laundry on site. Breakfast is super. Such a convenient location to HBF and a delightful walk to shops and eating places.

We had a lovely couple of nights at the hotel. Did not use the facilities so cannot comment on those.

Great choice in the area to explore both sides of the border. It is much cheaper to stay in Germany than Switzerland. A ten minute walk to the Rheinfelden train station on the Swiss side where you can access all of Switzerland. Breakfast is very good, room is up to date and clean. Staff is friendly and attentive. Elevator is tiny! Several grocery stores nearby. Would like it better if the room to had a fridge. I've stayed here twice and would happily do so again.

Great hotel! You can use the longboards, bikes and paddleboard. The town is sooo cute with little souvenir stores.

Functional hotel next to train station with no reception or concierge. Self check in and check out facilities work fine, but the key card did not open the front door, hence I had to call the push button operator to open the door. Breakfast is nice, but continental with no frills.
