Sorry! As much as we've tried, we haven't been able to come up with any places to crash in the centre of Munami.

But don't lose hope! There are a few places to throw down your suitcase in Hwasun, which lies 25 kilometres from Munami. These hotels include the Ramada Plaza Gwangju and Kumho Hwasun Resort.

Attractions and Hotels Near Munami

But don't just stop there. Take some extra time to check out some of the spectacular attractions and activities that the wider South Jeolla region offers. The area is home to some stunning beaches and coastal plains. After staring slack-jawed at nature's artworks, take a look around well-known tourist attractions like castles and traditional villages. If the weather is putting on a show (or even if it's not), have a whirl at some fabulous activities like mountain climbing.

Don't shoot through before you've gone to the Chosun University Museum of Art and May 18 Democracy Square in Gwangju.
