4 bunk beds for a family of 4 was unexpected. But novel and worked well. Great breakfast, and location right next to a U-station and somewhat walkable to the Olympic stadium and BWM Welt was very convenient.

Room cheaply equipped with bare concrete floor. No coffee maker and cups in room. A very small desk and a small bean bag as chair. Hotel is very clean. Breakfast was huge at the onsite restaurant.

Stayed here four nights in four three zero. It is a family room with 4 bunk beds. The room is nice and new, the separate toilet from shower is nice! Great water pressure in the shower. The down side is the window/door has to be closed to have the “air conditioner” work. The dial says the fan is on high but it barely moves any air. With four bodies in the room and no air moving, sleeping on the top bunks are HOT and the lower bunks are nearly too warm to sleep comfortably. If you leave the window/door open it is nicer but not much air movement as it’s the courtyard and there were coaches and coaches full of kids in the hotel every night. They were obnoxiously loud until well after 02:00. And the pillows are wafer thin and miserable. Overall it was a super good stay but could be improved with those couple changes. I’d stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful. They gave us details about how to travel the subway etc. The breakfast was delicious and diverse. There was lots of choices for everyone!

If you like a hard bed…

Everything about this hotel was great except two things - the beds are rock solid and the room chair to work at the desk isn’t a chair it’s a soft cushion that deflates when you sit on it and you end up on the floor trying to work. For a business hotel I’m surprised at this. Everything else was perfect though

No AC!! Its listed as having Air Conditioning and it clearly is a lie. Now i see the reviews of other people, the hotel knows the AC doesnt work and they dont fix it. At very least, they need to say that that dont have it. The reason i booked this specific hotel was because its listed as having it. I have Lupus and csnt handle the heat. It was so hot outside and no air in the room. Theres no air flow at all. Not even a fan. No air movement. Its so hot and stuffy. I had to keep taking cold showers. It was miserable!
