I’m driving up to the facilities. I immediately started to question my decision. Entering the lobby it made me hopeful. Kind staff interactions although minimum. But rest of facility was very aged barely hanging on pool area. Shouldn’t have even been in. Use hallways extremely grubby. Just had my son pretend like he was Camping out on an experience somewhere else And the bedroom seemed clean and safe enough to make it through one night.

We arrived after the check in time but still waited for more than 2 hours to get our room. Several other people were waiting for long periods as well and quite a few of them left found other places to stay.
The staff that was on hand did as much as possible to accommodate everyone, but the staffing shortage was the issue.
I wouldn’t stay here again. It was obviously just bought by Baymont. Conditions of hotel were very run down. One example of a safety concern is the elevator inspection was not up to date.
Heavy smoke smell. Very dirty. Stained carpets throughout. Pool area was dark and dingy. Weight room was a disaster. Pictures on internet are false advertising.

I didn't like the strong smell of weed even though it was a no smoking area
We arrived and the front desk clerk helped but seemed over whelmed we were given a room that had million the carpet and the bathroom ceiling and a oder of mold and mildew than was given a second room which they over sprayed to hide the same smell at this point had no choice but to stay while unpacking I realizes there was no remote for the TV I called the front desk stated he would be right down after 25 min I went to the front desk asked for one he explain he didn’t have one but than handed me a remote from the drawer and stated to me this is not going to work I was confused as to why he handed it to me to begin with he again stated he would come down with the remote but his was at 6 pm nothing again I again walked to the front desk at 945 pm he stated to call the desk at 10 pm and they maybe could help I asked him to let them know I had to get the kids down So here we are at check out no remote mold and mildew smell . Left with a 200.00 plus night stay at it’s worse I have photos but as a courtesy will not share unless requested
Staff was excellent. Very friendly and was there for the customers when needed to be. Problem was that they were always needed because the hotel itself is sub par. AC and fan in my room were loud as f^*&! Had to turn off AC at night because it was loud. Which then made the room hour. Fan in washroom, rattled loud also. Towels and rooms smelled like smoke. I will never stay there again.
There was mildew and mold all over the room. Ice machines were all inoperable. No water in any vending machines. Outside hotel they were asking for drugs.
Staff kept our room very clean, easy in and out access. The staff was terrific. Very helpful. I would go back.

The staff was very friendly. However the place is very outdated. Lights in the hallway and at the pool need replaced. Breakfast only consisted of cereal and muffins. The room appeared clean but it smelled awful.
