The staff were very friendly, particularly the restaurant staff during breakfast. The location of the hotel is easy for ubers to access.The rooms are comfortable but are a bit dated. Having the breakfast option as part of the room package is convenient for early morning safari pick-ups.

Switched rooms 4 times in one night. Receptionist was well aware she placed me in a different room than I booked. Did not get to sleep until the next day, losing a night out of my booking. Beds were also uncomfortable, towels were old and threadbare, and shower stalls desperately need an upgrade.
