I had a overnight layover for my next flight. The shuttle bus to and from the airport made getting to the hotel very easy and having a 7 eleven convenience store right inside the hotel was also very nice.

Hotel was ok. Close to airport with shuttle bus service. Wish they had extend shuttle bus a little later as there was no shuttle bus after a certain time. I got lost, no one to show me the room was in the other building. Disappointed outdoor onsen was closed. Otherwise, hotel was ok, a little old. Nice robe provided, toiletry and slippers.

An ok property for a short stay. Rooms and hallways are in need of a thorough update as they are looking extremely tired. There was a very stale and dusty odour in my room. TV was also quite small and quite a distance for watching from bed. The lack of power outlets was quite annoying.

At first sight the facade of the hotel looks great, but in the inside, elevators, and some of the areas need improvement, in particular the rooms which are way too old; at least the one we got. But, what I didn't like at all, it was that the comforter in one of the beds seemed to be dirty, visible dirty spots, and that's disgusting. What was really good was the food in breakfast, just the person at the front of the breakfast area was not that nice. People at reception was kind though.

This is a very worn down hotel desperately in need of renovation. It was clean enough but very shabby. Onsen was basic. Basic breakfast. It takes 30 min to get there from Terminal 1 NRT and there are so many closer and better hotels.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The hotel is 10 mins away from the Narrita Airport and they have an hourly shuttle bus to the airport. We stayed at this hotel for one night. There are two buildings in the hotel. We had the old building which is kinda old and the carpet is dirty and smelly. We booked the hotel because of the ONSEN in the hotel. But it turned out they closed the outer part of the outdoor spring Onsen and we are not aware of it. And you have to pay 700 yen to enter. The breakfast buffet is fine for 2700 yen. They served more hot dishes than other hotel.

The lobby was beautifully done: new and modern. The room was ragged: in need of paint and repairs; the access from the lobby was like going into an old building without a door! Very strange. But there was hot water, and it was clean as far as bedding & towels. Maybe others areas and rooms were in better shape?

This is a really good value hotel. You can enjoy the hot springs at a low price and the breakfast is really great. I recommend it.

Great onsen, restaurant buffet and FamilyMart!
This being my first night in Japan, I had nothing to compare it to - this hotel is old, but decently kept up and the airport shuttle, onsen and FamilyMart in the lobby made it a place I'll definitely return to if I get the chance! A word to the wise, though: for the restaurant, "last seating" time is actually the time they start quickly and efficiently whisking away all the food, so get there early for all of the buffet's deliciousness. The staff were wonderful and managed well with my minimal Japanese-speaking ability.

The onsen is very nice, and the breakfast at the restaurant is a huge buffet of meny choices. Free shuttles daily to Narita mall and JR station. Overall I was very happy. I extended my stay an extra day and the staff accommodated my request easily.
