Smells Musty
The room is big and clean but it smells very old and musty. The slippers are worn. No robe and face towels were provided. The walls are not well insulated: we could hear people talk in the next room and the footsteps on the room above us. The check in process is in chaos. We were not told where the rooms are so we went to a different building only to find out that it is the worng one. The breakfast is good.

This Inn is a Win!
The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Shuttle bus was handy as they had no restaurant at the Inn but just got on shuttle bus to Narita, had yummy gfood and browsed the shops.The room was just as described with really comfy, firm beds. We slept well after a long flight & breakfast was delicious🙂 Thank you

Very clean; good size room. check in notas welcoming as it could have been, but did improve. Large lobbybut quite sterile, TR3 and Harley one painting good. More art and lounge area would be good. Excellent value.

I stayed at the Toyoko Inn Narita Honkan from September 16-21, 2024. I must say that I am delighted with my stay at the hotel. The staff are courteous, polite and very accommodating. The room I stayed in was good for a solo traveler. No buses are coming in and out of the hotel but it has a shuttle bus to take the travelers to and from the Narita Airport every 30 minutes or so except between 1250pm to 2 pm. I highly recommend this place looking for a budget-friendly place close to the airport. Arigato Gozaimas Toyoko Inn Honkan for your warm hospitality!

Good place to gate crash.
Last second accommodation during a typhoon that cancelled all flights. Room was very clean, wifi was good. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. There was a Lawsons convenience store right in the lobby by the reception. Free shuttle service to and from the airport. My only issue is very strict on the 4pm check in time which is very late, needs to be 2pm because even the checkout time is very early at 10am.

If you want to go to the airport early in the morning or night flight to Tokyo, I think the first choice of this hotel, because the facilities of the room is also very dry and complete, and there is wi-fi plug, the most important thing is that there is a shuttle bus to and from the airport, the frequency is very close, plus there is a breakfast served in addition to the hotel to also have a convenience store to buy peripheral supplies or food!
