Can we come back?!?!?
The house was amazing! There were 20 of us ranging all ages. Not just enough room for everyone to sleep, but also enough room to eat, play games and open Christmas presents!We did go check out the rooftop lounge area, but because of the temperature we were not able to use it. It would be perfect with a little warmer weather though! Thank you for having us! Still looking for the pool table!

Spacious House(s) - Great for Large Groups
We just stayed in 2 of these side-by-side houses and they were perfect for our group of 26. Almost everyone was able to have their own room, which is hard to find in alot of the other listings. I also think the kitchen/dining/living room are bigger in person than in the pictures, which was also a huge plus for our group! Nice large kitchens to cook in, which were fairly well stocked with dishes. Lots of chairs and areas for outdoor seating -which also can be hard to find in other listings. Easy to drive downtown or get an Uber from here - about 10 mins away. Fairly clean/some areas show wear and tear -but no problem for our group. Owner was helpful and responded to any questions quickly. I would definitely stay again!

Birthdays and anniversaries and fun, oh my!!
We stayed four nights and had so much fun. The property was located in such a great spot that allowed us to go to grand old Opry two times and Honky Tonk Highway two times and everything in between! We hiked Ganier trails , even in the rain. We were able to make the most of every minute. We even made a lovely home-cooked meal for a little birthday party. Everything was spectacular! We would love to come back.

Lots of beds, located conveniently
The listing has many beds for your group. Uber Ride downtown was not long, though rates were all over the map depending on the time of day. The kitchen was stocked adequately and we enjoyed the large table for game time and dinners. We had enough towels and linens for the whole group. When planning for a large group, keep in mind there are only 3 full bathrooms and 2 of them are with the master bedrooms. We were a little disappointed with the cleanliness as we found some areas not cleaned (ie: food still in the oven from previous guests) but we would admit we have a high standard when it comes to that. Neighborhood seemed safe and quiet the time we were there. Also, the property is showing some wear. Overall, we would recommend this property for a large group.

Rented this house for a bday party weekend. House was great! Fit us all perfect. The owner had great communication with me from the booking , throughout the process and while there. The open concept was great! Kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed. Would definitely book again!

Nice distance from Nashville.
Very nice home, with wonderful sleeping arrangments, nice drive into Nashville, plenty of linens, teens loved the pool table, and cpuld seperate teens and adults. 3 of our nights one of the neighbors across the street had music up so loud into the night you could feel the bass. Thay was frustrating. The fire works were amazing.

House fit our needs perfectly. Neighborhood was a little scary and It wasn't real clean. Went and bought cleaning supplies to wipe down all surfaces and washed most of dishes before using. But house is in good condition, plenty of space and fun to have the pool table.

We had the BEST and most memorable family vacation at this property. It was big enough to accompany 13 of us and even had a rooftop area for extra fun. The house is close to downtown Nashville, East Nashville and all the cool things the city has to offer. There is enough room for everyone to spread out and feel right at home. The host is very responsive and available. I would consider returning again.

Great visit!
This property definitely lived up to its description and pictures! It is very spacious and had plenty of room for our group! Property was easy to access and Adam was very responsive when we needed to reach out. The place was clean and had plenty of extra towels and bedding. Will definitely look to stay here again when we visit Nashville again!

Nice property, bad location.
The house was not thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. There was a smell. The owners did send a cleaning team on Thanksgiving Day, but by the time they arrived, the day had already begun. I’m not entirely sure what happened as I was in the shower, but they didn’t clean. The insides of the rental were okay. The beds were comfortable (not the sofa beds), and there was a ton of sleeping space! The pool stick holder in one house was falling off of the wall. The blinds were broken. Small things. The big thing was the location. This property of smack dab in the middle of the hood. There’s an entire line of properties put up for renting side by side, but across the street and down the road and behind the houses are not good areas. The pictures of the rooftop lounge area seemed to imply a better locale to me, so I felt cheated in that way. The other thing that blew our mind was that there is no shelving in any of the showers. There are no caddies, nowhere to put your wash or shampoo or loofah besides in your hand or on the floor. Besides those grievances, we enjoyed ourselves. I wouldn’t stay again.
