Awful place

It was one of the most run-down place ever I don't think I will be dealing with any Wyndham chains anymore, rather is Belmont or Days inn, they are selling their franchise to a bunch of people that has no idea how hospitality in United States works. If it is a franchise I believe it should be equal all around..

Changed rooms due to roaches

When we first got to the hotel the room we had at the door had peeling paint on the inside. On the wall near the window were baby roaches and adult roaches. We requested a room change and they put us on the other side of the building which seemed to be where they put the people who do not book through a third party. In that room we had better walls, coffee maker and clean bathroom. We didn't see any roaches on that side . The breakfast was par . No waffle maker, mini muffins, but the area did look clean.

We stayed here a few times in the past couple of months and had enjoyed the facility. Unfortunately, This last time our room was in poor condition. The bathroom fixtures needed maintenance and the heater was smelly. It was late and we just wanted to sleep so i just mentioned it to the receptionist upon checkout to make a note. Staff was friendly and it was quiet.

Commode and shower area very crowded. Breakfast really needs to be improved. I know it’s not a full breakfast but when you really don’t have rolls or even a waffle or having yogurt and get away from the gallon glass picture that has the milk in it it’s really uncomfortable trying to handle. The refrigerator is up too close to an eating table, the trashcan is not even close to the exit. There is a place that looks like it would be a garbage receptacle with the little door is fixed so it can’t be used only have four tables and it’s really hard to work in between the tables to sit
