Chemical smell in room hurt my lungs. Changing rooms made me late to my dance. Second room had no internet and phone had no dialtone one i returned from dance. Had to get dressed after setteling in and take the elevator to complain. To add insult to injury at 5 am an alarm in the room started going off that i did not set. Didn't get any sleep. Worst hotel ever.

The hotel was overall clean. The front desk lady was super polite. The room was clean and tidy. Would recommend the down button on the third floor be fixed for guests. But overall recommend the hotel. Had a very good experience.
