Highly recommend Grand Hyatt
Loved everything about the hotel. Very clean. The staff was helpful and courteous. Great location to walk downtown. The only thing we did not like was they wanted to charge us $50 to get our room before 4:00 even though our room was ready. We felt they were trying to gouge us.

Room 1219 was unfortunately next to the railroad tracks so it was noisy and woke us several times during our stay. The view from our window at night was nice. The bed and bedding were comfortable. The bathroom is well situated with the nice lighted mirror. Still need fans tho. Overall color scheme needs updating. Restaurant is a no. Didn’t try the buffet. Lots of construction around as well.

Roof top bar was fabulous. Valet parking attendant made my car stink every time he pulled it up. Super bad BO. His other co-workers apologized for the smell.

The Grand Hyatt was amazing! A beautiful hotel with a great restaurant and amazing rooftop bar. A really nice pool and an easy walk to downtown. I can’t wait to go back!
