property is beautiful, house was magnificent, only downfall is there are several stairs to get to each level, not a problem for us but anyone having issue with going up or down stairs it might be, but if no issues with srairs this is the place to be, close to the Gulch, plenty of room for everyone. would certainly stay here again.

This was a great 4 bedroom unit with a rooftop deck a big kitchen with a large dining table as well as plenty of space for everyone in the living room. The decor was modern and nice. If I were to make two suggestions, it would be to 1. offer more bedrooms with larger beds. There is room. 2. Also, the floating stairs were warped and a bit tricky to navigate. I'd replace the stair treads.

The house is absolutely gorgeous. Needed a little better cleaning (ceiling fans in all rooms) but overall a beautiful property. I would maybe supply guest with additional cookware, and cooking utensils plus new grill utensils. Still was able to make do with what’s there. It was a great house for 3-4 day stays. Supplied enough bathroom tissue, soaps and kitchen products for cleaning. We will definitely rent this property again.

The unit great location. Can walk or Uber to Broadway $8. Needs fresh paint. Clean stove vent. Needs an overall cleaning, it was a bit dusty with dust bunnies and spider webs. I was disappointed with cleanliness. Had to call maintenance to come empty both trash bins and again to clean dryer vent due to excessive throwing breaker. Both times came out in timely manner. Nice unit just needs some deep cleaning and fresh paint.

Lovely Spot!

I was sitting on the front steps with 8+ pieces of luggage - waiting for the rest of my party - two hours before check in time. Without expecting it, the property manager came, let me in early, and even helped me carry in the luggage! It's a beautiful place, easy to take UBER to Broadway (Gulch neighborhood great too). Roof top balcony wonderful! Only thing I'd suggest is to clean the baseboards around the floors - like in bathrooms esp - otherwise everything great!

Great place to stay, quiet neighborhood, a little further from Broadway than we’d hoped for but all in all, nice house, spacious! The only thing I’d complain about is, we wished there was Saran Wrap, foil, or larger Tupperware to store our leftovers. Such a minor detail but still wanted to make mention of it! Overall…😊😊😊😊
