Stayed here for 3 nights as a Family of 4 (12 & 15yo). Was neat and clean room. Everything in short walking distance to Broadway and Bridgestone Arena and Country Music Hall of Fame. Good breakfast which was included and loved the tea / coffee / hot chocolate available in the foyer!

This hotel is perfectly located for walking to Broadway, just a couple blocks. Amazing staff. Very clean. Parking inside at the hotel. Heated pool is awesome in cool weather. Can’t think of a thing I’d change..: well maybe softer bed. But that’s personal lol

Very convenient location for walking to Broadway, the Ryman, and seeing touring several other venues nearby! The room was spacious and we really enjoyed being in a corner room so we had plenty of light coming in, and could also see a lot more of the area around us. The only possible complaint is that the parking area, which is underneath the hotel, is very tight if you're driving a full size vehicle, so next time, we'll know to rent a compact car. Since most people probably don't rent a car, it may not be a big deal, but we had other places to go besides downtown, so wanted to know we had transportation. Overall, it was a great few days and we really enjoyed ourselves!!

The hotel was a great location for the event we were attending. The instructions for arrival and departure were thorough. The staff was friendly and responsive. The room was clean, comfortable, and had more than enough amenities. We felt very safe at this hotel and would recommend it highly.

For not being a fancy hotel and offering reasonable prices, this hotel was an excellent choice for our family. The lobby has cute backdrops for photos, fun table and board games to play, a great breakfast in the mornings, a gym and indoor pool, and plenty of souvenirs and snacks to purchase if needed. The rooms were modern, clean, and spacious even with SIX of us. This hotel was definitely our family’s favorite along our road trip across the state.
