Front desk associate wasn’t real friendly. Had to wait several minutes for someone to appear to check in. Elevator didn’t work on P2 and had to walk all through the garage back to the front with luggage to get inside to go up to room. Valet staff was all great. Room was clean.

I had no idea that one control operated the bathroom lights, ceiling fan. I should have been told in check in. I can in early no one told me that I could check in early. The 3 rd floor panels were removed , should not be used for guests. Never received information about the shuttle schedule. Staff was nice
