the Suites by Hilton by Vanderbilt are awesome!

We had a great stay. The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only suggestions is I wish there was more than one person at the front desk. There were few times that I just had a quick question and I had to wait a while until they finished with another guest. Otherwise, the Suites by Hilton by Vanderbilt are awesome! We will continue to stay here when we visit Nashville.

We enjoyed our stay but my kids were very upset the pool was closed. We were in town for a hockey tournament and picked this hotel based on it having a pool and the team hotel not having one. I noticed the sign right at check in on the desk and mentioned it to the lady (Karen) about how my kids were going to be upset. She was completely clueless that the pool was even closed and said her staff must not of told her. The sign showed the pool was closed for an extended period. I was like there is a sign right there and she mentioned maybe she should look at the signs to know what is going on. It was a very bad first impression. The room was super nice and breakfast was good. Not sure why there was no notes or notifications of pool closure prior to booking .

Traveling with a group can be very challenging, and the staff at Homewood Suites came to our rescue time and time again. From helping us find the best parking to securing key requests for our multiple rooms to rescuing some headphones that a student left in his room, the front desk staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and organized. We are SOOO grateful to them! Don’t hesitate to stay here; excellent experience with great breakfast, nice rooms, and friendly people. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay

This was a very nice stay for the price. We especially appreciated the complimentary shuttle which took us down to Broadway and 7th. Sam was great to talk to. Breakfast was good with enough space to find a table for our family of five. The room was wonderful and exceeded expectations.

Even the nicest hotels become a nightmare when the beds are uncomfortable. Hilton brand hotels are becoming infamous for beds as hard as a concrete slab. Hilton…. Please upgrade your beds so that folks with back problems can stay in your hotels and give a great review about your beds!
