Your breakfast is horrendous for the price you charge. We stayed at embassy Suites on the way down and the room rate was less and the food very high quality. You might want to inquire how they get that done

Every employee at the Hyatt House that we had any contact with was very friendly and helpful from front desk to housekeeping to the people keeping the breakfast buffet stocked. The rooms are so comfortable and lack nothing. Parking was reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area, and in/out access is a breeze to their secure underground parking. We will definitely stay here again.

I like that it was close to broadway but not super close where it's loud. it was near the listening room and a liquor store so that's convinient. the free breakfast was a bonus but the staff knows nothing about dietary restrictions and they were kind of jerks about it. Also so many families. We didn't use the pool once because it was full of kids every day.
