Awesome boutique hotel in Music City
Great place to stay in Nashville, spacious apartment, with all the conveniences, convenient location and a unique history of the building well integrated into the decor sets this hotel apart from your typical hotels. Well worth checking it out.

This is a well kept secret in Nashville! Excellent everything for the price. Not one bad thing to say. Comfy bed, spacious room, great A/C, and a lovely large tub. Kind concierges and a Great view too!

I didn’t think it was a four star…. Appreciated the staff on site, they made efforts to assist with issues of the unit. I couldn’t get blinds to work, refrigerator made knocking noises, the bedroom door was rough and loud to shut. Parking very expensive…given the cost of the unit should have been included again appreciated employee Ashul..spelling wrong Thank you

Very unique place to stay! I believe it was an old bank building and we absolutely loved it! We were only there for one night as we were stopping over on our way to Destin, Florida for my daughters wedding. Definitely would stay back here again!

Interesting history of the building. Nice to see how this old building and others in Nashville have been saved, restored and repurposed to modern times. Quiet, safe, comfortable accommodations within short walking distance of restaurants and the Broadway scene. Friendly and helpful staff. Issue with WiFi resolved relatively quickly.

Great place to stay!
My husband and I stayed here when we were in town for a football game and loved our experience here! The room was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location was great being within walking distance to Broadway and was very quiet. The staff was also very friendly and always there if there was anything we needed. Lala was great and we enjoyed chatting with her. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here when traveling to Nashville.

This is like an apt. but with people at the front desk. The room is spacious and well insulated from other residents. We loved being able to fix our own breakfasts, bring home food we couldn’t finish at the restaurant and chill a bottle of wine for after dinner. We also enjoyed chilling out on a couch to watch a little tv before bed. The windows, which are in the living area, are not insulated, so the outside car noise was loud, unfortunately, but this was only a problem when we watched tv. We slept well in the comfortable, although low to the ground bed. The kitchen appliances are full sized and there is a stacked, smaller washer and dryer. You are provided with coffee, tea, sweeteners, olive oil packets and laundry pods. The apartment was clean except for a table that sits below the tv-it was pretty yucky under there. We brought it to the attention of the folks at the desk and it was immediately cleaned and they even left us a bag of snacks! They were very apologetic. A toilet paper and lotion upgrade would be nice! As for the location, we loved being away from loud Broadway (about 1/2 a mile) but within walking distance of other places: State Capitol, Bicentennial Park, Farmer’s Market, Grocery, The Gulch, Germantown to name a few. It should be noted that we are fit and don’t mind walking-it is hilly in Nashville. We Ubered to Vanderbilt and Grand Ole Opry. Except for those couple of things, we absolutely loved our stay at Mint House and would definitely stay again.
