Unlikely to book again. The bed sheets were not clean, I allowed room service to come in and they still weren't changed when I came back for the night. Room service definitely came in and tidied up the room, but didn't give me fresh sheets. Oddly, they knocked on my door and asked me if room service had been in - you mean you don't know which rooms they did, and which they didn't? The room wasn't as functional as I would have liked. I come to Nashville on business, and the desk in the room was about 20-24 inches wide and oval, not really a suitable workspace... The garbage cans were tiny, even though I don't spend a considerable amount of time in the room, the garbage was overflowing. The shower was also an issue. The lever for temperature kept falling down and would not stay in position (so I'd put it in place where I liked it and it'd gradually fall downward and scold me). Also, I am sure it must have said on Expedia in the fine print somewhere, but I was blindsided when I showed up to the hotel and they told me they're going to pend $200 a day for incidentals, nearly doubling the bill. I haven't experienced this at other hotels in the area so I was a little taken aback. The hotel is "pretty" but... probably won't be back. There's other hotels nearby more suited to my needs.
