Manager who answered my ph call at front desk, when I asked about my room is available or not before I check in and I am so proud of him that helped me to asked housekeeping first and let me check in early after found our room for me is ready clean and available, without asking a lot questions that need verify my booking since almost every week I stay at this hotel. I am really love stay this hotel since it has Mexican restaurant that directly connected to hotel , very convenient to get meals for lunch or dinner.

I booked this hotel the day of my trip and what a good choice! It was spacious, clean, quiet and the breakfast was ok. I selected Quality Suites-Nashville because of its proximity to the airport and them having an early airport shuttle. I will definitely stay there again!

Roaches in room 216
I stayed in room 216 and I called down around 9 pm due to a bug running across my bed. The front desk girl said that the entire hotel was booked and that she would call me back. About 10 minutes later she was at the door saying she didn’t have another room to offer but that she would tell management about the bugs and have room service clean the room. This is crazy as I had to sleep in the room/bed that a roach crawled across. When I checked out the morning front desk girl said she will tell management about the bugs and discount the stay. She provided no paperwork for the discount. I feel like this was very poorly handled and I’m very disappointed!!

Decent comfortable hotel, nice pool
Decent hotel by the airport. Pool was nice and warm. Mexican restaurant attached looked lively but we didn't try. Comfortable bed. Bathrooms ok.

Hi, The hotel was Clean. I think the hotel has to be renovated from insdie and its needs repairs to suit the new age. The front office was EXCELLENT. The check in and Check out was quick infact I had to go back and ask if I have finished checkout. Great for family who want to stay near airport.
