Great price and location. There is no reception and there are TWO Lliv locations on the same street (one behind the restaurant camarões and the other opposite Mangai) so entrance can be confusing. The room is also very simple - no soap or shampoo and the sheet is so small it doesn’t cover the mattress. There is wifi and a tv. My suggestion to the owners is to buy fitted sheets to at least cover the mattress for your guests. Apart from that, an affordable option for staying in Natal and right by a good restaurant!

Recentemente, tive a oportunidade de me hospedar no Liiv Costeira durante uma viagem a negócios, e a experiência foi excelente. Desde o momento do check-in, toda a equipe garantiu que todos os meus pedidos fossem atendidos com rapidez e eficiência. O quarto era espaçoso, bem iluminado e extremamente confortável, oferecendo todas as comodidades necessárias para uma estadia produtiva. A cama era especialmente confortável, garantindo uma boa noite de sono após um longo dia de reuniões. O hotel também oferece uma ótima estrutura para quem está em viagem de negócios, com Wi-Fi de alta velocidade. A localização estratégica do hotel facilitou muito os meus deslocamentos, ficando ao lado do Restaurante Mangai de Ponta Negra. Recomendo o Liiv Costeira sem hesitar para qualquer um que esteja em busca de um local que combine conforto, praticidade e um atendimento de primeira classe. Com certeza, voltarei em minhas próximas viagens.

Vale muito a pena!
O Liiv é maravilhoso. Localização, preço justo e é super confortável. Fica em ponta negra bem em frente ao restaurante regional Mangai e perto da via costeira. Dispõe de toalhas e lençóis - mas não está inclusivo sabonetes, e shampoo e condicionador - mas você pode comprar no “mercado” que fica dentro da própria hospedagem. Super recomendo!

Além de prático e eficiente, preços competitivos pro tipo de hotel proposto. Há mais unidades do LIIVI na área... Todos bons! Jamais ficarei nos hotéis onde fiquei nas outras 6 vezes aqui em Natal! Serei freguês sempre e espero que melhorem ainda mais... Fico em locais semelhantes em São Paulo e Porto Alegre... Localização boa, quarto de tamanho adequado, novo e bem mantido. Não tem elevador, mas são apenas dois andares. Atendimento on-line no checkin é muito ruim. Processo complicado, que precisa ser feito pelo WhatsApp, e que não pode ser iniciado antes do horário de checkin. Fiquei quase uma hora esperando do lado de fora do prédio até tudo se resolver, embora tenha entrado em contato a primeira vez pela manhã. Como havia duas outras famílias passando pela mesma situação no mesmo prédio, imagino que seja recorrente.
