Die Aussicht auf Chania und die vom Hotel gut zu Fuß erreichende Altstadt sind für uns die Kriterien, dass wir bei einem erneuten Besuch von Kreta wieder dieses Hotel buchen werden

This property was amazing. The staff were especially nice and attentive. The property was a little dimly lit in the evening and the bathrooms extremely dark. Both restaurants offered exceptional food. We arrived for the opening week of the season and it did seem like they could not handle the reservations for dinner. We chose room service for our final night and it did not disappoint. A special thank you to June for looking out for us. Amazing service!

Our stay at Chania Flair was simply lovely! The hotel is immaculate and decorated and laid-out to a very high standard! The only things that could be improved would be if the hotel had a pool (the large hot-tub at the top of the hotel is lovely, but too small to swim in). But the hotel is in a nice location - 10 minutes walk from the centre of town. Which is perfect, as you get to access everything, but is much quieter being that little bit from the town. The thing that HAS to be said about Chania Flair is how WONDERFUL the staff are! Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were so friendly, kind, and went out of their way to make our stay as fantastic as possible. The way we were treated meant that we didn't want to leave!

We had a great time here. The staff was very helpful. There was construction so parking was tricky but the staff went above and beyond to help us.

Such a delightful hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was AMAZING with home-cooked choices and fresh, local meats and fruit. Very clean and well maintained.
