Helpful staff, but the hotel needs to update their website to reflect the accommodation offered! We booked a studio unit with everything it listed but there was no microwave as stated, no bowls or spoons for breakfast. They very promptly sorted it out for us!

My daughter and I stayed the night checking in and out was easy and very friendly staff.the room we stayed in was very tidy really comfortable bed and nice pillows the shower was amazing would stay there again in a heartbeat thanks hotel nelson😀

I have stayed here previously several times whilst in Nelson for work, and it’s always been ok, however this visit the majority of the hotel seemed to be booked out for a school booking, who we so noisy it was impossible to get to sleep at any decent hour and constant noise was very frustrating Maybe if you have a large group of children staying in the future tell guests that are part of that group so they can stay elsewhere, I will not be coming back
