What an incredible place. We stayed in a room for 4 people and it was almost like an apartment. Lots of space and spectacular decoration. The hotel is very well located, close to many places to eat and shop. The view of the balloons from its terraces is unique. Recommended.

It's pretty surprising that every single comment about this hotel is positive, but it really is the case. This has definitely been one of the best hotels I've stayed at during my trip to Turkey. The location is right in the heart of the town, making it super easy to walk to most places. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe. They kept me in the loop about events and activities from the moment I booked until I arrived. My room was cozy and spotless, and the shower had the perfect water temperature every time. Shady, the receptionist, greeted me with open arms and answered all my questions; he spoke English really well. I can't comment on the food due to my severe allergies, but I did see a massive selection at the breakfast buffet. Big thanks to the chef for making my morning egg! I highly recommend this hotel, and if I ever come back, it would definitely be my first choice. Tip: - Don’t book any tours in advance with other companies; let the hotel handle it for you. You’ll get the best deals and prices, including airport transfers. - Consider booking a photoshoot with them. Even if there aren’t any balloons flying that day, they can add them to your pictures; the photographer on site is really good. Recommendations: - It would be great to have a channel listing in the rooms since there are over 100 channels available.

This place is a home run. The staff are excellent and always helpful. The breakfast is good with many varieties. They even leave it open all day where you can go and get coffee, tea, breads and goodies they leave out. The location is perfect. Views, balloons, walk to everywhere. Our room was so big! Excellent decorating and gives a homey experience. Staying in Goreme? This IS the place to be.

The most unique hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The patios have perfect views of the town as well as the hot air balloons. The breakfast buffet is delicious, fresh, and fulfilling! Hotels, walking distance from everything. Front desk is amazing service. Müslüm Was helpful with all transportation arrangements and just overall great at responding!

We spent our last few nights of our 3 week , multi city trip in the Zara Cave Hotel , and it was by far the best hotel we have stayed in - everything from our check in to check out was first class . The staff are accommodating, the rooms are wonderful, there is no detail spared A wonderful stay - we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else if we come back to Cappadocia - we hope to be back

An experience to remember at Zara Hotel. Manager Rosid welcomed us and went thru tge hotwl details. Iur room wazms available, even though we had arrived early. The cave room was such a goos size and we really enjoyed staying in it. There are various terraces to enjoy in the evening and to view the hor air balloons The staff at breakfast were great with such variety of food. The hotel is not too far up the hill from the main street. This was very important to me. Overall, a fantastic experience and we left with fondest memories

The staff at Zara are fantastic. One staff member runs a travel company, so you’re able to book private tours at a reasonable price. The rooftop is great for pictures, and you’re able to book their in house photographer. The hotel is lower on the hill, so it’s easy to walk down to the Main Street area with restaurants/atms. After our hot air balloon was cancelled, the staff was incredibly helpful in us booking a new hot air balloon and arranging a direct transfer to the airport. We appreciated their care and expertise.
