The property was updated and spacious. The balcony and pool were great amenities and there was enough bathrooms for our large group. They allowed us to have early access for an additional fee. Hosteeva was easier to contact through calling rather than the chat feature. When i used the chat feature, i would not get a response so i ended up calling for a quicker resolution. There were issues with the property and hosteeva reached out to me to make things right which I appreciate. Overall we had a great trip and i hope the management team fixes our complaints for the next party since everything else was really great!
