We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The breakfast was delicious, but we were disappointed to find no cutlery available. Additionally, the lifts could use some improvement as they were a bit slow. Overall, a good experience with a few minor areas for improvement.
Excellent staff, comfortable & very clean room, wonderful buffet breakfast, convenient location near all amenities, all round excellent service and value for money. Thoroughly recommend to families or singles .
We had an issue the first night we arrived. A booking mix up so the first night wasn't the best experience but the next day we were offered and upgrade free of charge. A lovely gesture and the room was great. Would definitely stay again. Great hotel and wonderful location. Buffet breakfast is also great

Disapponting stay. The upgrade i was sent, applied for and had approved was not applied. The staff had no idea about it which was very disappointing after we arrived around midnight after a very long drive. No other upgrade offered. Just an applogy. They appeared not to know that these upgrades were even offered.
My children were asked to be ID'd which is not something we have ever encounted.
Beds and room were comfortable but noisy. Could hear people for a couple of hours around 4am returning to their room and talking loudly in the room next door.
Had great service from the staff, quick check in and check out. Stayed for 1 night and found the rooms very spacious affordable, would definitely book again.
2 Queen beds in room, able to fit four pax in a room easily.
Great location, short walk to convenience stores, super market, restaurants, train station and ferry terminal. Will stay again.
The room was very clean and comfortable, great location and very easy and quick check in.
The only complaint I have is that there is actually no ACROD parking unless by valet -[ which has a charge of $45
