We liked the nice courtyard with the swimming pool and the beautiful fountain and palm trees with other plants. It was very relaxing sitting out there.

First, the hotel bizarre. One building for suites, the other for courtyard rooms. We arrived at 2:40pm, and to no surprise, our suite wasnt ready. We decided to wait in the lobby. And wait, and wait. The front desk staff was very nice, but wasnt doing much to speed up the process. We had to be somewhere, so left at 4pm still not checked in. We arrived back at midnight, and were finally able to get in our room. The room was just ok. Double bed, NOT a queen as advertised. No bathroom amenities. Bad water pressure in the shower. So we paid for a room that we couldn't use for 9 hours and a smaller bed. I would not recommend.

The hotel is very nice to stay at. Its close driving distance to any place. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are very nice and clean. Breakfast is great and a variety to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel and i would deffenently stay here again.

It greet with very mean staff at front of check in. Arrived at 4 pm. Was told be a lady name CARE. I was told that my room was not ready. And I ask how long it will be ready. She told me don’t know the time. Just tell me to wait. Very bad customer service, rude, unprofessional. I was told that I am giving her attitude. I was just asking a question when my room will be ready?

The first two nights were great, our final night we had a problem with pests in our bathroom , however the hotel staff immediately took action , apologized profusely, check in and check out were fairly easy aside from the room not being ready until 4pm due to a credit card system crash.

Worry about service also cleanliness. We had an a/c issue in our room which was eventually resolved by your maintenance man.(Great job fixing a/c problem). But if by chance the problem wasn’t resolved the front desk person(lady with glasses) we would have to check out and find another hotel. We asked why if there was an issue with the a/c already but the cleaning ladies didn’t tell her. We said there are other rooms available and she said there all reserved and I’m not going to give you any of those rooms. Just like that so if issue is not resolved you’re out of luck primarily and you must check out or stay in the hot room. Very unprofessional and she had just had another issue with another guest while I was waiting addressing an issue they had on the phone. He wanted the manager but he had left already.
