The plug-ins hadn’t been changed since the building was built, you couldn’t plug anything up, the bathroom lights worked half the time, and then you check in and they charge you a urban tax fee, an additional $25 a night

Services were horrible. Charged you for everything, late checkout, extra guest. Made you bring every guest to the desk for armband despite the fact that you had to pay for them. Sold all of the parking spaces to non-guests so we had to find parking. Floor had a huge crack with missing pieces in front of the bathroom and the backing on the mirror was peeling. Would not stay there again. Would not recommend it to anyone. Going back across the street to The Residence Inn Marriott.

I'm a Hilton Honors member and recurring guest of the Hilton St. Charles. It is with regret, therefore that I must report that my stay (February 10th through 12th) was a disappointment. Our suite was tired and in need restoration. The hotel staff was gracious, changed our suite after the first night, but upon returning from a day of touring our room was not serviced--as requested. We will be shifting our shifting the next time we visit the Crescent City.

Bre was so nice. My husband and I didn’t book through Hilton so we arrived and our reservation couldn’t be found. Bre, Shay, and another lady with short hair we so helpful. The mishap took 2 hours to fix but they made the experience less stressful! We are so grateful and had so much fun.

Staff was very helpful, room was clean and very spacious. Though the hotel is “older” it was well maintained. We ended up with a room overlooking the parade route, which was an unexpected nice surprise. The only down side, the floor was ‘squeaky’, so it was not quiet if someone walked through the room.
